Hello
everyone, we're already at blog number four!
This time,
I wanted to talk about a very controversial and entertaining topic,
specifically, time travel and my opinions on various aspects of it. For
example:
Would you
prefer to go to the past or the future?
It's a very
broad question, to be honest, but it leads to some interesting answers. Truth
be told, I'd prefer to go to the future. Currently, as a society, we don't have
much insight into what the future holds for us, so it probably won't be the
utopian future with flying cars like in cartoons such as The Jetsons. In fact,
it's quite likely to be more post-apocalyptic and in ruins. I know my comment
might sound somewhat pessimistic, but the reality is that the world isn't in
great shape right now, and I'm very curious about the direction humanity will
take to address the current problems. Besides, I'm interested in how new
technologies are used and applied to bring about change in the lives of people
around the world. If I could choose a specific year, I'd say maybe the year
2200, so I wouldn't be too out of touch. If it were possible, I would
continuously travel to the future to keep up with knowledge and understand
what's happening in different times. I'm not sure if I'd like to stay permanently;
it's not that I'm very attached to my current time, but the truth is, I don't
know if I'd be better off in another time. It really depends on many factors
that I wouldn't be able to contemplate unless I were in that situation, so I'd
stay in the time where I feel most comfortable and where I can live forever. I
believe that's the biggest reason that would motivate me to stay in a specific
moment.
